COVID-19 Business Update

No-contact Check-in/Check-out

CMK Pet Hotel is offering no-contact DROP-OFF and PICK-UP only for all services: boarding, daycare, and grooming. This is to ensure that we keep our customers and staff safe and do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19. If anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19, please do NOT bring your pet.

 

 

DROP-OFF

  • Before dropping off, give us a call at 503-649-4956 15-30 minutes prior to arrival. At that time we will collect any additional check-in information that we need (e.g., contact information, feeding instructions, activities, etc.)
     

  • At DROP-OFF, enter the “holding pen” outside of the front door.
     

  • Close and latch both gates.
     

  • Place all belongings in the bin and hook your dog’s leash to the dog hook.
     

  • Wait outside the holding pen until one of our staff members arrive.
     

Please read and follow the detailed instructions on the signs. Note that we can only accept food and/or medicationWe are not allowing bedding and toys at this time. We will also have slip leads that are washed and clean for you to use if you would prefer to keep your leash and/or collar.

Please remember to stay at least 6’ from other clients and dogs.

PICK-UP

  • Before picking up, give us a call at 503-649-4956 15-30 minutes prior to arrival. Also, please be ready to pay over the phone at that time.
     

  • At PICK-UP, we will wait for you to arrive with your dog in the lobby. Please do not enter the gate as our front door will be locked.
     

  • Once you have arrived, we will bring out your dog at attach the leash to the dog hook in our holding pen. We will also bring your belongings and leave them in the bin.
     

  • After we have closed the latches to the holding pen, you may enter the holding pen to retrieve your dog.
     

  • Once you have your dog and have retrieved your belongings, please close the latch to the holding pen.
     

Masks required when interacting with staff (No Mask No Service)

Please remember to stay at least 6’ from other clients and dogs.

 

We appreciate your understanding; We realize these changes will be an inconvenience for some. The situation is changing very rapidly for all of us, and we are doing our best to make the right choices for our staff, the dogs and all of our terrific customers!
